Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shake

I absolutely adore this shake!  My version is a slight adaptation of one that I learned from Ali Miller in my Ketosis course.  My only addition to it is a dash of almond extract, which totally transforms the flavor to one that is impressively similar to Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal….and who doesn’t love a good old sugar cereal?

Here’s what you need:

• 4-5 ice cubes
•1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
•1 tablespoon of plain almond butter
•1-2 tsps of vanilla extract
•1/8 teaspoons of almond extract
•1-2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
•1 scoop unflavored Vital Proteins protein powder

Here’s what you do:

•   Add all ingredients in a NutriBullet cup
•   Blend and enjoy!
